BLUE and WHITE WEEKS "SPRING 2010" Blowout Sale

All Blue and White Trust-owned weeks are available for purchase by Village of Loon owners, family and friends. Blue and White Week prices are listed below. Now is the opportunity to get some great values! All sales are on a “first-come, first served” basis. We are making no rice distinction between Blue and White weeks, only unit type. They will be sold at the same price, on a first-come, first-served basis.

If you are interested in purchasing a Blue or White Week, simply contact Resort General Manager, Paul Carolan at (603) 745-3401, or via email ptcarolan@earthlink.com.

Once you have selected your week, Paul will then send you a Licensee Questionnaire that must be completed and returned along with the full purchase price. All purchasers will be issued a Certificate of Beneficial Interest*. The Blowout price for the Blue and White Weeks is as follows:

Dartmouth Lower/Cannon - $349

Burke/Dartmouth Upper - $449

Dartmouth II - $549

RED WEEK Sealed Bid Auction

In addition to the Blue and White Week Blowout Sale, Village of Loon is offering Red Weeks in a Sealed Bid Auction. Procedures and minimum bids are listed below. All bids must be at or above the minimum bids indicated.

RED WEEK Sealed Bid Auction Rules

• The Association reserves the right to add or delete intervals, prior to the start of the auction, due to unforeseen and extenuating circumstances.
• Owner participation in the auction is limited to members in good standing (all maintenance fees paid on existing weeks).
• All Bids are due by MAY 1, 2010.
• Winning bidders will be notified on May 7, 2010. (Email notification is preferred). A Certificate of Beneficial Interest Questionnaire will be provided at that time.
• Full balance is due May 21, 2010 along with the completed Certificate Questionnaire. If payment is not received by this date, the week will go to the next highest bidder.
• Weeks will be available for 2010 occupancy. Winners will be billed the 2010 maintenance fee accordingly.
• Purchaser will be issued a Certificate of Beneficial Interest.

TEN (10) DAY RIGHT OF RESCISSION: Every person who successfully bids on one or more of the timeshare intervals being offered at this auction has Ten (10) days within which to change their mind and withdraw their bid(s). Any down payments made will be promptly returned upon timely receipt of a notice of rescission. Notice of rescission must be made in writing and signed by the party exercising the right of rescission. The written document should be delivered to Paul Carolan, Village of Loon Mountain, P.O. Box 639, Lincoln, NH 03251. A bidder may fax a copy of the notice of rescission within the Ten (10) day time period at (603) 745-8224.

*Certificate of Beneficial Interest: Upon payment of the purchase price, the Association will execute and deliver a Certificate of Beneficial Interest to the purchaser. The Certificate identifies the owner of a Beneficial Interest under the Declaration of Trust of the Village of Loon Mountain Interval Ownership Trust. The owner(s) of the Beneficial Interest is (are) entitled to exercise all of the rights and duties of an Owner as if he or she owned the Interval Interest. Please see the Declaration of Trust for complete details on Trust ownership.
